WATCHING
Choose Maximum or Original in the Plex app. Avoid automatic quality unless your connection is unstable.
Use Ethernet or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi. TV apps and streaming boxes usually perform better than a television’s built-in browser.
If playback starts buffering after enabling subtitles, try another subtitle track. Image-based subtitles can force conversion.
If a title is silent, select another audio track when available. Bluetooth soundbars can struggle with surround formats.
REQUESTS
A request can take minutes, hours, or longer depending on availability. Submitting it again will not make it arrive faster.

BOOKS & AUDIO
Access is invite-only. Audiobookshelf and Books/Comics use separate accounts that Tristin creates manually. Contact him directly if you need access.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Try another site from the Media Hub. If every site fails, check your internet connection. If only one fails, send Tristin the service name and the time it happened.
Close and reopen Plex, then verify you are signed into the invited account. On a TV, restarting the Plex app or streaming device often clears a stale connection.
Set quality to Maximum first. If the connection is weak, step down one quality level. Avoid repeatedly jumping forward while the stream is recovering.
Try lowering quality one step for that title. Some older TV apps cannot decode every video profile even when the resolution appears supported.
Open playback settings and try another audio track. If using Bluetooth audio, switch to HDMI ARC or optical when possible.
Use the password reset option for that service. Plex, Requests, Audiobookshelf, and Kavita may use different account credentials.
STILL STUCK?
Tell Tristin the service, device, title or channel, approximate time, and what appeared on screen. A screenshot helps.
